Spreading Awareness One Workshop at a Time
An eczema awareness workshop led by a high school student turned into a powerful moment of storytelling, advocacy, and community care. Partnering with University Prep students, I shared my journey as a National Eczema Association Ambassador while we built care kits for people living with eczema, reminding us that confidence, kindness, and representation can start at any age.

I’m Darchelle D. Burnett, M.A.
Creative inclusion consultant, artist, storyteller, and model. Many know me from my handmade small batch selection of scrunchies or from my eczema content and research. But I also help individuals and organizations translate lived experience into meaningful creative work through workshops, visual storytelling, and intentional products.
The Merging Pillars
The majority of my work use to separate around personal experiences, different areas of advocacy, academia, and more. Now they are emerging into pillars that navigate the intersections of diversity work, product inclusion, beauty, and identity all within what I call Creative Inclusion.
